DELEON SPRINGS, FL – The inaugural Veterans’ Day Classic on Saturday, Nov. 12, will be special night, honoring those who’ve served and are currently serving.
Volusia Speedway Park is excited to announce that all U.S Military, active and retired from all six branches, will receive free admission with their Military ID.
“We are so excited to provide this offer to our Veterans and Active Duty Military this year,” said Volusia Speedway Park General Manager, Anthony Tate. “So many men and women continue to keep our country safe each and every day. We get to say ‘Thank You,’ and cannot wait for our heroes to be part of this special event.”
The event – showcasing 602 Late Models, 604 Late Models, 3/4 Modifieds and Street Stocks – will also feature a special opening ceremony, along with American flags being given out to the first 100 fans that attend The World’s Fastest Half Mile.
Gates open at 4:00 PM, with Hot Laps at 6:00 PM. General admission tickets start at just $12 for adults, and kids 12 and under are free.
