The track will welcome drivers and fans from around the country for the ninth annual Emil &amp; Dale Reutimann Memorial on Nov. 17-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tropical Storm Nicole\u2019s storm path is projected to make landfall in South Central Florida on Thursday morning.
